INSTRUCTORS

Tonya Henning is an Affiliate Purna Yoga Instructor at the 500 hour level. Her classes focus on bringing joy into your body and life and fuse strength, endurance and flexibility into the sequences. “Yoga has allowed me to experience life more fully and connect with my loved ones more deeply. It’s not just about the poses we do on the mat, but how they help us connect to our lives and the beauty within each of us.”

Kelsea Wright teaches an active class and uses alignment to get the most out of each pose. She believes yoga is getting your body and mind working as one towards a goal that will both challenge you and change you. It is accepting where you are, striving to be better than you are, and knowing it is an ongoing journey you’ll never finish. “Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.” ~ B.K.S. Iyengar

Marianna Evans is a RYT 200 hour certified Curvy Yoga Teacher as well as a 200 hour graduate of the College of Purna Yoga. She strives to make yoga accessible to all, in whatever body they bring to the mat. Her classes are light-hearted, and most importantly, body positive…and believes yoga is for every BODY.

Sally Beckett has a very compassionate teaching style that offers a warm and inviting presence to students. She teaches alignment-based yoga and is a 200 hour graduate of the College of Purna Yoga. She loves to help others to learn how to connect within themselves while in the poses. “If it is balance, integrity or strength that they need I want them to learn how to take the gifts off their mat into their daily life.”

Leigh Ann Ablah is registered yoga teacher at the 200 hour level. Her classes are vinyasa based (movement) and will help you find your breath with the movements of your body. “My hope is to have yoga help us to move within our bodies more mindful, to feel good. Our practice can help us feel more whole, open hearted and compassionate toward ourselves and others.”

Lisa Callahan has been teaching yoga since 2008 and is RYT 200 hour certified from the College of Purna Yoga. Her passion is making yoga approachable and comfortable to everyone. She believes that you have to start where you are and helps students work towards staying strong, flexible, and balanced. Yoga is for everyone, everywhere.
